Job Responsibilities of IT Desktop Support Technician

• Deliver Tier I and II support for employees working from home and onsite.
• Diagnose Windows issues.
• Offer support over Zoom, phone, WebEx, and MS Teams.
• IT Desktop Support Technician is responsible for supporting remote staff that might not have extra proficiency working from home.
• Increase priority support problems to corporate technology and senior staff groups.
• Remote and Wireless connectivity debugging.
• Collaborate well with both internal and external group teams.

Qualifications of IT Help Desk Technician

• Minimum 3 years of previous proficiency in an IT technical support role with a focus on software and hardware desktop support.
• Windows OS diagnosing (Drivers, laptops won’t prepare, VPN, Hardware problems, mouse, keyboard, etc).
• Potential to communicate
• Resolutions and ideas in a clear, short, user-friendly manner.
• Comfortable meeting up via Zoom, Web-Ex teams, and phone.
• Must be team familiarised, have a strong service adjustment, and have insane excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask productively while working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
• Experience designing and debugging PC/laptops/Printers.
