As a member of our People Operations team, the Workday HCM Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and general support of the Workday HCM system. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Technology, this role serves as the point of contact and assists all critical stakeholders with Workday needs while ensuring data integrity, user training, system change testing, and data flow analysis for process improvement.
Responsibilities as Remote HCM Analyst
- Works with the H.R. team to improve the Workday platform
- Performs complex work tasks and problem-solving in Workday HCM.
- Second line resolution for the standard workday and file loading issues
- HCM, benefits of time off, a general configuration of business processes for the working day
- Workday overviews and calculated fields
- What will you do:
- Works with the H.R. team to enhance the Workday platform by building integration solutions for international payroll and healthcare providers.
- Assesses overall project and operational risk and develops mitigation plans.
- Works under minimal supervision.
- Performs moderate to complex work tasks and problem-solving across systems and processes.
- Effectively contributes to team/organizational goals and guides less experienced team members to improve Workday.
Requirements
As a Remote HCM Analyst, you must possess the following experiences

- Creating Workday integration with other systems
- Working experience in time off, benefits, talent, and general configuration of HCM business processes for the workday
- Workday overviews and calculated fields
