Duties & Responsibilities of Remote based Global Team Manager
- Manage multiple campaigns and millions of dollars in ad spend through analysis, planning, and tracking.
- Take channel insights, develop strategies, and a deep understanding of partner optimization, and reporting to help our online stores reach their performance targets.
- Manage an internal team of analysts to ensure synergy, and align paid search strategies with priorities, goals, and business objectives for all channels. It will include but is not be limited to Search, Remarketing, Shopping (PLA), and Display.
- Hire, train, and mentor a new team that has a fresh attitude. Assign individual yearly goals and Provide performance feedback.
- Maintain a strong business partnership with various 3rd party partners (including Google, Facebook, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, and more).
- Collaborate with internal Marketing teams like Design, EO, Copywriting, Web Content, and Sand others to improve campaign performance through content creation, landing page optimization, and bid strategy alignment to improve business KPIs.
- To launch new advertising channels, manipulate existing logic and help improve the performance of our advertising initiatives, translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Define and run Beta experiments and A/B tests to test new vendor features and new product developments by 3rd parties.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or equivalent.
- 5+ Years of Paid Advertising experience in the e-commerce environment.
- 2+ Years of experience handling direct reports.
- Experience in managing large ad budgets of millions of dollars per month.
- Strategic thinker who can execute methodically.
- Strong data-driven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen ability to translate analysis into business decisions. and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills not only for individuals but also in meetings.
- strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities efficiently.
- Experience working with ad platforms from Bing, Google, and Yahoo (Verizon media).
- Experience at a paid media agency for some years
- Project Management experience and google marketing platform components are plus points for candidates.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel and overall comfort with software, technology, and the internet preferred.
- Social PPC platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, and such) experience a plus.
