What is Remote Associate IT Manager Responsibility
The Associate IT Manager is responsible for providing and maintaining enrollment and billing requests to manage annual OEP efforts. The Associate IT Manager is responsible for planning, communicating, and offering leadership to their assigned team. Suggests daily tactical administration and operational implementation of programs as monitored and overseen by IT senior leadership. Associate IT Managers provide direction to project and operational resources within and outside their reporting structure, support, gather and grow the resources required to administer the plan, champion the tactical direction of work and remove hurdles within their sphere of influence. The Associate IT Manager is responsible for performance management and salary administration for their team and helping with career development coaching, training, planning, and team building.

Role of Remote Associate IT Manager
- Associate IT Managers deliver subject-matter experience and support within billing and enrollment.
- Efficiently recognize appliances, and manage processes.
- Developments and agile solutions.
- Leads multi-functional discussions/enterprises to expect and reduce issues and achieve required results within required timeframes.
- Sets, fluents and oversees the achievement of objectives for the assignment.
- Work-unit/sub-unit/function.
- Formulates thorough and articulate administrative summaries for senior leadership.
- Takes part in ad hoc work groups maintaining IT strategy.

What are the Required Skills for an Associate IT Manager
- 2+ years related work proficiency or a similar combination of transferable proficiency and education. Proficiency Details:
- Lead people management
- 2+ years of lead monetary/support proficiency.
- Related Graduate’s degree or additional related similar work proficiency IT-related field
Additional Required Qualifications:
Highly refined communication skills adding potential to negotiate, and grow agreements, clearly fluent to technical and non-technical audiences, liaise difficult messages professionally and productively, excellent presentation and simplification proficiency, and potential to represent IT as a leader in multi-functional discussions/enterprises
Excellent knowledge of and proficiency with SDLC
What is Preferred:
- Healthcare proficiency.
- Billing and Enrollment.
- Proficiency in monitoring the teams that manage downstream and upstream systems.
