Regulatory Reporting Manager
Central London Office/Hybrid/WFH
12-month Fixed Term Contract
£70,000 – £90,000 pa plus benefits
The Responsibilities of a Regulatory Reporting Manager Will Include:
Ensure that all regulatory returns submitted to regulators are consistent, accurate, and meet requirements established by regulators.
Flexibility to assist with ad hoc tasks that may be necessary that are not solely focused on regulatory reporting.
Maintain regular contact with Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Lending functions to ensure necessary information exchange on regulatory reporting matters is effective.
Collect, analyze and interrogate information, identify and track issues, and determine themes arising from regulators.
Ability to use initiative to identify problems and find solutions, including solving technical issues and implementing regulatory changes
Providing timely management information to senior management to understand critical regulatory, financial and regulatory capital, drivers
Develop and maintain a robust control environment, including procedures and processes.
Responsible for user acceptance testing of regulatory reporting software upgrades and investigation of discrepancies
Team management, motivation, development, and training
Working with internal auditors
Ability to read, interpret guidance and prepare to report to meet new and evolving regulations

The Regulatory Manager Will have:
The ideal candidate for Regulatory Reporting Manager in London will have several years of post qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive knowledge in COREP, FINREP, and CRD IV.
• As a Regulatory Reporting Manager in London you have Strong technical and regulatory reporting knowledge applicable to the banking industry
• Understanding of the regulatory and financial environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop frameworks for reporting
• Efficient in data extraction
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry
