Working closely with our recruiters will help you build a pipeline of active and inactive candidates.

Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

You will help develop and implement tactical sourcing strategies aimed at creating candidate pipelines to meet the overall recruitment targets, including direct sourcing, talent pools and pipelines. Up to construction, digital marketing and qualifying candidates.

This role is offered at the 12 month FTC and may be based on one of our major UK sites (Guildford, Gloucester, Leeds or Manchester), however it will be primarily home based as we work hybrid. Adopts, with occasional trips to the office.

What are you doing

The following is a list of common activities, but not a comprehensive list:

Working with senior recruiters to fully understand the role requirements

Use a variety of sourcing techniques to source potentially amazing candidates to join our business, including ad response, market mapping, LinkedIn sourcing and social media campaigns.

Identify relevant market trends to map high relevant talent.

Use social media and specialised platforms to attract potential candidates using innovative and creative techniques.

Conduct CV screening and telephone interviews with reference to meeting job requirements and candidates’ expectations.

Using the initiative to improve the process to ensure the experience of the candidates, partnering with the candidate care team, is the best.

What we are looking for.

Required skills and experience:

Strong communication skills and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, recruiters and hiring managers

Experiment in a similar role as research or exec search

Focus on detail and work comfortably on agreed KPIs, SLAs

A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.

Identify relevant market trends to map high relevant talent.

Required skills and experience:

Experience before using Application Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management Systems, Recruitment Marketing Systems

Familiar with search techniques like Boolean Search / X-ray Search

Previous knowledge of CV databases, use of social media platforms, recruitment marketing campaigns

Activity Reporting (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
