Job description:
The Next Generation Joint progress administered together the combined engineering experience and professionalism of Clough, Salini-Impregilo, and Lane and has been selected to formulate and build Snowy 2.0. This project is situated within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest hydro station schemes in the world.
The Role:
The Quality Information Management Coordinator is answerable for the organization of Information Management and delivered activities in IT Jobs Australia.
Responsibilities of Quality Information Management Coordinator:
Integrate the document control function for all heading inward and heading outward official department-associated documents and files. Organize Aconex Remediation activities. Synchronization interface between Cooma and Site Document Controllers analyze the interrelation of handover Acuities get ready monthly reports to internal management. Working closely with Document and Handover Manager to formulate department estimates.
Skills & Experience of Quality Information Management Coordinator:
Concede higher-level qualifications within a related field of study, preferred but not necessarily appropriate higher qualifications in Administration 15+ yrs. Proficiency in Information Management, Document Control, and Handover. Experience working on high-level projects (Oil and Gas, Mining, framework) Extraordinary skill in EDMS systems and adept knowledge of Microsoft Office, Acrobat, etc.
