For the IT department, we are looking for a quality assurance analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Define user needs and work closely with programmers;
- Write manual tests as well as their automation via the dedicated platform to ensure that the applications meet the specifications;
- Define and implement strategies to improve the testing of IT systems to ensure the quality of IT products and services;
- Anticipate problems and make the necessary adjustments, perform tests, analyze the results, and develop recommendations in collaboration with the development team in order to meet customer expectations;
- Write system documentation and analysis to improve the internal knowledge base (wiki, diagrams, etc.);
- Train users and provide application support.
Required Skills:
- Technical college diploma in computer science or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in test automation;
- Excellent communication, listening, and popularization skills;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, sense of organization and autonomy, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of Robot Framework, Askida, Postman, Selenium SQL, and Jira is an asset.
- Knowledge of retail and e-commerce is an asset.
