ABOUT US
ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit digital school for locals and foreigners in Germany who are interested in technology. We are hiring competent product owner for our school.
We are responsible to provide our students high-quality training and the chance to cooperate with the start-up and digital industry.
Our aim is to prepare our students with valuable digital skills and a powerful network of technology heads, students to help in creating new opportunities for all. ROLE OF PRODUCT OWNER
- Expansion of overall vision for two ReDI products: ReDI Connect and Talent Pool
- Describe product feature on the basis of user feedback
- Explain product vision for a possible revenue stream and development of business
- Management and lay out of product backlog items
- Close partnership and exchange with Mentorship and Talent Pool Community Managers
- Guide user research and make feedback activities together with UX/UI team
- Lead the way and coordinate a team of volunteer designers and developers on the development of product
- Report on development and progress to team lead
REQUIREMENT FOR SELECTION
- Technical and Design knowledge with understanding a big plus
- Knowledge of flexible techniques required
- Concordance with GitHub
- Well-built communication skills, written and verbal
- Powerful problem solving skills
- Capability to make the list of tasks fast and work with different stakeholders
