Product Design Lead
Our client and a leading financial services provider, is looking for a Product Design Lead to drive digital transformation across the company and ensure a seamless client-centric product design experience strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for Product Designer in Rugby that impacts people across business lines and identifies business opportunities within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
Responsibilities of Product Designer:
Lead product design experiences with a passion for solving complex business problems through design thinking.
Design financial user interfaces for internal and external product solutions.
Educate non-expert stakeholders through the design process, keeping them updated and aware of what the organization wants to achieve.
Develop strategy and work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure experiences meet audience needs and business objectives.
Create the right deliverables to bring ideas to life and communicate experiences to your clients and internal teams in a way that’s easy to understand.
Empathize with the daily experience of the user base, pain points, and opportunities to improve experiences. Work as part of a team that defines product solutions.
Facilitate new ways of thinking and align workshops, identify what success looks like with a diverse stakeholder audience, including architects and developers.
Skills And Experience
As a Product Designer in Rugby you must have;
6-10 years of experience in digital interfaces within financial services
Financial Skills – Desirable
Passion for creating transformative solutions
Excellent communication skills
Adobe CC, Sketch, Invision, Figma – for creating great interaction designs and visually appealing interfaces.
£85,000 – £95,000 + benefits
