Opportunity
Possession Planner in Preston IT Jobs-UK Covering projects within the LNW region, you will take responsibility for one of the two sections of the route and work practically in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to access the track and book property. The work will consist primarily of growth and renewal projects that focus on long-term business development in the business.
What is expected of me as a position planner?
You will work closely with the construction management and evaluation team to identify all available properties to improve the work and maintain the project program.
Master / Contract / Management Performance
Prepare a schedule and helpful information.
You will plan to work with and without electrification isolation in any occupancy and track safety management.Apply for a work site using TSR’s and ESR’s, Section C&D Notices, Possession Planning System (PPS / GZAM / P4D-ONTRAC) and other applications. According to platforms NR / L2 / NDS / 202, NR / L3 / OCS / 303 and NR / L3 / INI / CP0064.
Using your skills, identify project risks / opportunities and participate in the management process.
Monitor all applications on designated systems from the start to successful delivery and review process and provide on-site assistance.Manage the occupation program for area and work.
Arrange representation in planning, pre-occupation and isolation meetings including appropriate security key staff / suppliers and provided staff
Accurately record data complying with RISQS / P4D audit protocol requirements when uploading to workspace.

About you
To consider this position, it is recommended that you come from a background as a track access planner or position planner within a Tier 1 or 2 contractor. It is important that you have experience booking workspaces / line blockages and that you are proficient in using PPS and GZAC (P4D Rail Hub).
You will be IT literate and confident using Excel, SharePoint and network rail planning software. You will be confident in your knowledge of network rail methods and in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have OTP booking experience and will specialise in NROL.
