what will you be doing
Monitoring and Reporting – Ensure adherence to standards for planning, scheduling and tracking projects, report project status to project manager. Prepares project performance reports.
Resources – Manage workforce planning, provide information for effective decision making. Procurement of goods and services related to project support within the limits of the delegated financial authority.
Stakeholder Management and Communications – Point of contact for the project team and communications, managing and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Control – Creates and maintains project financial data, contributes to project budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
Risks and Issues – Develops and manages project RAID, leading to identified areas of risk, and escalates as appropriate. Follows actions required to address risks, issues, and
Change control -. Manages the change log, tracking actions required to complete change requests.
Guidance and Support – Develops and provides detailed guidance on project management tools, procedures, processes, tools and techniques. Supports program or project Establishes program or project governance control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.
What we are looking for.
Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and able to prepare reporting and analysis.
Experience with RAID development and management.
Knowledge of project management and PMO policies, processes and procedures, and procedures and toolsets.
Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent stakeholder engagement and management, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
APM PMQ or equivalent is desirable.
