Manchester or London
Hours: 36 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Dependent on experience

We are looking to increase our team of developers and are looking for a talented PHP Developer IN UK to join our development team at one of the UK’s largest and leading primary ticketing agencies,
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional PHP Developer IN UK to work in one of the most exciting industries in a modern employment environment.
Born as a guide in 2001 and selling tickets in 2006, it is now one of the UK’s best-loved ticketing services, selling tickets to tens of thousands of events across the UK, from independent club nights to 60,000 to capacity festivals, and currently selling tickets to the likes of The Warehouse Project, Cream fields, Digbeth Dining Club, and Live Nation, and hundreds of independent venues and promoters across the country. Likewise, we host the most prominent festival guide in Europe.
Character Summary of PHP developer:
With 30+% annual growth and over 10 million page impressions per month, you will be working on the busiest event ticketing website in the UK. As a member of the team, you will have the skills to propose solutions and be able to take a project from concept to execution. Our development team is small but moves fast, so understanding agile workflows and developing in an iterative process is a plus.

Essential Requirements PHP Developers:
· At least 2-3 years of commercial PHP experience
· Ability to work with legacy code
Some experience with Laravel/Lumen (or other frameworks).
· Comfortable with object-oriented design
Web Services / RESTful API
Integration with third-party software
· The importance of security
As a PHP Developer IN UK you must have:
· Debugging skills
Experience with version control (GIT).
Ability to communicate technical solutions with team members/stakeholders and provide innovative new ideas for solutions
Working with AWS
· Experiment with Elastic Search.
Optimizing slow-running MySQL queries
· Excellent understanding of user experience
Maintain a high apprehension of industry issues and trends, particularly regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members appropriately informed
