What You Will Do

As a Payments Implementation Specialist, you have to do the following things:

1. Have to take the role of project manager and implementation specialist for payments implementations
2. Collaborate with internal and external teams to guide customers through the payments implementation process
3. Utilize knowledge of relational databases and CRMs to organize large datasets and connect customer information across platforms
4. Effectively communicate payment-related information to both internal teams and Bloomerang users
5. Cultivate relationships with external payment processors and internal teams, implementing best practices and process improvements
6. Contribute to the development of scalable processes, documentation, and tools for user migration operations
7. Identify and address technical and procedural obstacles, manage escalations, and ensure stakeholder accountability.

What You Need to Succeed

To succeed in Payments Implementation Specialist Job, you have to do the following things.

1. Knowledge and experience in relational data sets and sensitive data migration.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Patient and friendly communication style to educate customers and team members on the payment migration process.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple migration efforts simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in SQL. Basic and complex query-building skills are advantageous.
6. Capable of documenting, communicating, and enforcing payment policies and procedures.
7. A collaborative and teamwork mindset with a passion for growth-oriented work environments.
8. Previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
9. Familiarity with Stripe is a plus.
