ABOUT THE POSITION
- As an Operations Specialist, you will write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents.
- You will get the client’s tickets and assign them to the right person if needed.
- Must organize interviews and analyze candidate answers on our forms according to our standards.
- Develop new databases when required, and keep an eye on the current ones regularly to ensure they are up to date.
- Conduct research about software or projects we may execute in the operation
- Complete any tasks the Operations Manager sends to you on time is essential.
