Job Description
We are already looking for expressions of interest for proficient Operations Managers to connect the business and play a critical role in monitoring.
You’ll be directly accountable for inspecting a team of Area Managers and their direct reports: you will inform the Site Lead of your Fulfilment Centre.

Another major aspect of the Operations Manager role will be coordinating numerous process development projects and streamlining all activities for yourself and the team members you monitor.
Supporting Health and Safety standards within your remit area while developing an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
Become a subject of thought expert on specific, larger-scale processes and activities within FCs.
In your inventory management and systems environment, you’ll handle periodic data collection and updating operations metrics hourly.
The operations Manager aims to obtain productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and ensure high-quality customer proficiency.
Operations Manager Work relatively with other support teams (HR, Finance, Safety and Security, Facilities, IT) on staffing schedules, plans, and performance levels.
Apply process change and contribute to cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the comprehensive Amazon Operations network.

Basic Qualifications
- Previous proficiency in leading large, versatile teams.
- You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in a relevant, innovative logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- You can organize details, establish and carry out root cause analysis, and then extract and check the data you generate.
- You flourish on change,
- You have strong written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have higher education from an accredited institution
- Masters in relevant discipline or MBA graduate.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies would be beneficial.
