YOUR SKILLS
- As an office IT manager in Germany you will manage, and support our IT infrastructure
- Creation of clear information base articles for the user and the IT support team
- Maintain documents for all processes, and bring improvements in current documentation of previously established processes.
- You will handle the overall health and availability of whole IT support systems.
- Make research and suggest innovative approaches for tasks which includes reviewing bids and cost analysis
REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICE IT MANAGER IN GERMANY
- 3 years of experience required in IT Support / System Administration
- Speak fluently in English (C1) and German (B2)
- You must have experience with employee directory services to handle access and sharing solutions
- Expertise in handling of infrastructure tools (e.g. Nebula Cloud, Watchguard)
- Knowledge of the latest security software and with macOS
