Job Description
We are searching for an accomplished network engineer that loves to break things and will take measures to track down the restrictions of our frameworks. You will be liable for planning and executing automated networking for our core platform which comprises different micro services and our open-source stage.
Responsibilities
- You have to participate in data center architecture planning, design of new networking layouts
- Have to take part in the reliability, performance, legitimacy, and security of our production and development infrastructure
- Work closely with our development, cloudops, and customer success teams to implement private/public cloud environments
- Be responsible for configuration management and monitoring of network infrastructure
- Contribute to the on-call rotation
- Take part in a friendly and helpful organizational culture
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer/engineering-related field or equivalent work experience
- At least have 3 years of experience in network engineering
- Have experience in cloud network infrastructure design, configuration, and operation.
- Networking experience in a router and switch configuration including however not restricted to BGP, planning, TCP/UDP, load balancing, firewalling, IPSEC, NAT, etc.
- JNCIE (Juniper) or CCIE (Cisco) certification
- Experience with Juniper networking equipment, specifically JunOS, is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding and experience with Linux
- Must have experience with scriptings such as bash, python, or Perl
- Have great technical writing and communications skills
