Your new character
In this unique opportunity, you will provide the business with mid-level network support and ensure that the business’s manufacturing operations are supported by IT services outside of core business hours. You will manage IT service events, IT change requests, and diagnose errors to resolve issues Network Engineer.
You will provide system input and technical input for working on network and security devices and systems within the business as well. You will also have the opportunity to provide technical input on what new needs and technologies are needed within the business Network Engineer.
What You Need To Succeed
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Experience managing IT systems, providing 2nd / 3rd line support Experience working with IT network capabilities (Cisco CCNA etc.) with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of network core and Edge device configuration, including knowledge of Wi-Fi APs and controllers (Cisco) security products such as Next General Firewalls and AV Knowledge Network Monitoring Tools (PRTG)
