Your new character
- As a network engineer you will have extensive experience supporting and managing all aspects of large-scale infrastructure.
- You will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the development, support and maintenance of wired and wireless technologies and the transition to Azure Cloud Services and Zero Trust Networking.
- You will engage with network data and voice infrastructure suppliers, customers and stakeholders, providing technical evaluation and input to ensure the best value. You will be part of the team that will deliver the future transformation of the network infrastructure, enabling the organisation to provide its own digital strategy Network Engineer Job.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of networking infrastructure, you will be able to provide 2nd and 3rd line support, will primarily serve as a technical enhancement point for teammates and Will be involved in related project work.
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience working as a network engineer, providing 2nd and 3rd line support in large complex organisations, providing effective troubleshooting and related solutions.
- Knowledge and awareness of configuring and supporting Microsoft Azure networking infrastructure is important to use effectively in home and business data and voice management tools. Environmental Knowledge Experience in effectively analysing problems and data for a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, offering solutions, and providing information in a meaningful and clear manner A range of detailed technical documents, scholarly articles and information Building and maintaining experience requires a good knowledge and recent experience working with a range of Cisco technologies, including Firepower Firewalls, Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), and Identification Services Engine (ISE).
- Any relevant Cisco, Azure or ITIL certifications will be required but not required
