About the Role

For the Media Specialist, CPG Ads, and Promotions Job, you need to fulfill the following things:

  1. Take charge of the entire campaign process, from setup to monitoring and reporting
  2. Utilize data analysis to provide strategic optimization recommendations tailored to each advertiser’s goals
  3. Apply your deep understanding of digital marketing to interpret and contextualize campaign results
  4. Act as a trusted expert in performance media for key clients, offering valuable insights and optimization suggestions
  5. Lead the onboarding process for new advertisers and provide training on ad platforms
  6. Develop, document, and enhance campaign operations processes

  3. Exhibit exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in Excel (knowledge of SQL is a plus)
  4. Thrive as a self-motivated individual in an ever-changing, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
  5. Capable of seamlessly transitioning between detailed operational tasks and strategic leadership tasks and strategic leadership


The salary range for this position varies based on location and will be determined considering factors such as skills, experience, and specific work location. Remote positions will have localized base salaries according to the employee’s work location.
