Job Description of Manager Ecperience Technology:

Manager Experience Technology leads and mentors the team within and all over the projects, front-end applications, and architects in IT jobs Australia.

As well as, Manager XT offers mentoring on proficient technologies and provides best practices. The person also manages candidates and represents Sapient’s professionals and thought leadership in Experience technologies and implementations would also direct and enhance the Sapient development mechanism (SA3).

• Recognize candidates business problems and interconnect in Client service management scrutinize-level Client relationships
• Develop a correct and realistic design plan along with risk alleviation solutions for the project.
• Cooperation  with Information Architects and Designers to finalize the reliability and practicality  of interface designs.
• Effectively communicate responsibilities to the track leads and mentor a cooperative team to provide Candidate expectations.
• Stay alongside  with the latest technologies and regularly guide the combination and implementation of Front-End Interfaces on multiplex platforms
• Experience top-rank  development teams and architect elegant solutions, innovative and initiative-seeking strong.
• A strong approach to problem-solving and finding solutions 
• Resilient Proactive/self-motivated working style with ownership of strong communication skills with sound articulation and comprehension, strong personal ownership of problem resolution.

Qualifications of Manager Experience Technology:

• 8+ years exp with Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent education covering Math, Algorithms, Data Structures, Networking, Databases, Operating Systems, and Graphics.
• Excellent understanding of hand-coded, JavaScript, CSS3,HTML5.
• First-hand  experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences, JavaScript.
• Experience building React Applications.
• Experience with a public-administration infrastructure like Redux (with middlewares) or MobX.First-hand experience working with client-side prototype languages like Mustache, Handlebars, etc.
• First-hand experience in working with Node.js along with setting in front build systems and automating the same using Grunt / Gulp.
• Familiarity with MV* frameworks (AngularJS, Backbone.js, or similar) and knowledge of common JavaScript design patterns.First-hand/experience working with TDD in JS with the help of infrastructure like Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, etc.
• Experience using Change able and assembling adaptive/responsive websites using Reboot, etc.
• Acknowledgment of SEO and availability issues and how they relate to the evolution
• Moderate to Strong graphics manipulation/optimization skills using Photoshop
• Proficient Working with content management systems, large branded websites, e-commerce platforms, and backend frameworks (Java, NET) is a plus.
