Requirements-Lvl 1 Service Desk Engineer
- As a Lvl 1 Service Desk Engineer, you must have at least 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk/Support or Call Center role
- Working experience in supporting O365 and Outlook migrations/upgrades on the support side
- Must have great experience in using the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Superb communication and Customer Service mentality
- Excellent organizational skills and a go-getter mentality to solve issues quickly.

Responsibilities
- You have to provide phone support to end users to troubleshoot issues
- Must maintain and communicate through emails, phone calls and meetings with individual users, BU, and local helpdesk support
- You can use teams or zoom to connect to users’ machines remotely
- Management of personal ticket queues will be your responsibility
- Escalate issues to lead/QA’s as required.
