This is an exciting opportunity to join us the Reddy Northgate Plc Accounts Payable Team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk In London. It plays a key role in managing our suppliers and works closely with internal departments to ensure successful, accurate and timely delivery of payments to suppliers for authorized work and goods.
Role as Ledger CLERK In Bank and Insurance
* Processing a large amount of supplier invoices
· Discount handling
Invoice coding
Processing various different types of supplier invoices on different domestic companies
Purchase Ledger Control and Maintenance (Supplier Accounts)
Administration and filing duties
Any additional ad hoc duty as required
About you
At least 5 GCSEs, grade C or above, including math and English, or equivalent
A competent user of Microsoft Office
· Accurately record data at speed
Understand and follow the payable process
A self-starter capable of prioritizing and managing your workflow processes
Communicate professionally with people at all levels inside and outside the business
Working with statistics
The following experience is required.
Experience working with ERP systems
Ability to review processes and propose changes for improvement
* Active approach to regular tasks
