We seek someone with a solid software development background (including frontend and backend) and a keen interest in data management.

If you are passionate about creating top-notch, scalable web applications.
As a member of the Digital Platforms team, you will be responsible for managing Global X’s international websites.
We are transitioning from WordPress to Strapi + Next.js and require an extra hand.
Additionally, you will be involved in developing new internal tools that will enhance data utilization, optimize operations, and improve the daily workflow of other teams.

Primary Responsibilities

To get the Full-stack Developer, the Candidate has to meet the following Responsibilities.

Take ownership of the complete software development life cycle, including designing, developing, maintaining, and monitoring software and web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring the solutions are optimized for performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to guarantee data accuracy and integrity and implement data storage solutions such as database design and migration.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and adjacent teams.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and processes.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that best practices are followed.

Required Skills

For the post of Full-stack Developer following skills are recquired.

Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or possess relevant experience in the field.
Possess at least 8 years of professional software development experience and at least 5 years of experience in backend development.
Demonstrate strong programming skills in Node, Python, JavaScript, and other similar languages.
Have hands-on experience with essential frontend technologies, including CSS, HTML, and JS, and expertise in integrating APIs.
Possess knowledge of various data storage systems and data migration processes.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Has the Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Be a strong team player with a can-do attitude.

Desired Skills

As a Full-stack Developer we demand these extra skills also

Have hands-on experience in building applications using React or Next. JS.
Possess knowledge of a CSS framework like Tailwind CSS.
Have expertise in building an auto-deployment pipeline using GitHub and AWS.
Possess the ability to implement monitoring with platforms such as Data dog.
