- The lead back-end developer will lead service design and development using the latest technologies, shaping the future of RBC.
- Collaborate and facilitate technical meetings with the architect, product owner, development teams as well as developers on the team to organize and design new API interfaces
- Develop and support highly scalable, high-performance APIs
- Make sure high code quality through the automated unit and operational monitoring
- Automate procedure within the development pipeline; identify opportunities for efficiency gains and reduce time-to-market, and enable continuous progress.
- Design and grow code structures to promote reusability around many applications.
