Remote Sales Full-Time (Permanent) Senior

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a key account manager you have to constantly increase customer value by taking action and closing up- and cross-sells for our IoT SaaS solutions.
- Take the sales and support responsibility for our B2B key accounts.
- Must be in contact with existing customers for new products and the development of joint strategic roadmaps.
- Collection of customer feedback and regularly share it with the product team.
- Identify and analyze KPIs to constantly increase the success of the partnerships
- Conduct detailed coaching for new customers.

YOUR PROFILE
- 2 years of sales experience required as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in the B2B area for difficult software solutions.
- Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering,
- Powerful communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to work with different teams for growth and project management)
- You are customer-centric and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude
- Expertise in the areas of energy, IoT, software platforms
- Fluency in German and English.
