Job Description of Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager (KAM), Foodservice & Restaurants is a member of Red Bull Canada’s On Main Account team. You will subscribe to volume, share, and administration objectives by improving, selling and administering plans with all Food Management companies and chained Full Service and Quick Service Restaurants.
You will be an ambitious person that will be responsible for adding, improving, and developing through their sales sources.
BUDGETS & ANNUAL PLANNING
Assist in improving, controlling, and tracking budgets to secure adjustment with the annual Business Plan budgets.
Administer expense spending to the assigned budget.
Control account volume estimating and spend management through correct and regular Customer Program Management (CPM) updates.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS & REPORTING
Monitor post-promotion analysis, following all programs to assess promotional effectiveness.
Use all available Red Bull Canada and customer data, information and instruments and Category Management support to grow and support a job of thought leadership within the Energy Drink Category with allocated accounts.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED for Key Account Manager
- 5+ years’ Sales and Key Account proficiency with Foodservice Management Companies and Restaurants with a significant track record of success.
- Beverage or CPG proficiency preferred.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the potential to work independently.
- Business Growth and Account Management proficiency.
- Multiplex negotiation skills.
- Solution-oriented innovative mindset.
- In-depth understanding of the Food Service and Restaurant industry.
- Must be an expert in powerpoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Authentic Driver’s licence.
