As a Junior Designer, Motion Graphics at our company you will get the following support.
- Provide support to the Senior Motion Designer
- Proactively fulfill motion design requests within designated scope
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to the establishment of new design guidelines and standards
- Take ownership of specific motion design projects as an individual contributor
- Ensure proper archiving of work in accordance with Design Team standards
- Innovate by exploring and implementing new tools and techniques
- Share acquired knowledge and insights with fellow designers
- Provide constructive feedback to other designers and stakeholders
- Utilize available tools to understand user needs.
- Effectively communicate concerns to higher-level designers or managers when necessary
