ASR is proud to be contracting with a national facilities support organization award-winning, National facilities Maintenance organization that specializes in the long-term operation, maintenance, and management of assets and infrastructure. Due to continuous improvement, they are looking for a Job Coordinator in Australia Scheduler to connect their experts on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role for Job Coordinator in Australia:
As a key person to the success of the Organization, you will provide administrative support and a top level of customer service to the shareholders, including Government agencies and residents.
- Daily, your particular duties will include but are not limited to:
- Make sure work is done proficiently and effectively, and conduct utilizing personnel resources to the best potential.
- Scheduling of trades to ensure the smooth development and completion of works, Order materials as needed.
- Communicate accurately with residents and shareholders.
- Ensuring a top level of customer service is delivered at all times.
- And the agreement is maintained with all main customer supply orders.
- Ensure that all subcontractors follow or exceed established guidelines.
- Profitably manage expenditure within specified delegation to ensure budgetary submissiveness.
Complete data entry regularly.
- Answering phones and receiving orders.
- Review completed works before submission/completion to ensure quality acceptance.
- Assure timely reporting, feedback, and communications by the accepted reporting line.
About Job Coordinator in Australia:
- You will ideally have 2 to 3 years of experience working in a planning or correlation role for a facilities maintenance organization or related industry.
- You will be able to think unconventionally and balance any issues that may arise.
- You will possess the following:
- Strong management and scheduling experience.
- Mastery skills in Microsoft Office and relation to other computer systems.
- Self-starting and able to work independently and within a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with people on all levels.
