Responsibilities-IT Technician Job
- As an IT Technician, you have to work closely with property staff on systems-related issues
- Must monitor and administer the network, workstation operating systems, security system, safety, and backups
- You must assemble, disassemble, repair, install, and de-install computers
- Take part in job-related training, classes, conventions, seminars, and personal knowledge
- You have to Work closely with members of the GWR IT team
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventories of equipment
- Organize regular training sessions to keep the knowledge base at the properties

Qualifications and Skills
- Must have an Associate’s degree in IT or a related field
- Superb support knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, network technologies and concepts, desktop/mobile OS
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
- Successful completion of criminal background checks and drug screen
- Must have Microsoft Certification
- Previous IT experience in the hotel and theme park industry
- Working knowledge of Cisco and server virtualization Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Highly determined, Enthusiastic, and positive energy
- Multi-tasking ability
