JOB DESCRIPTION

IT Tech Courier/Field Engineer | Cardiff | Full Time | £22,000 per year | Overtime is available

Our client is a technical services business providing first-class support, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and installation services to the world’s largest and most renowned technology companies.

Full training will be delivered at our Tewkesbury HQ over 4-5 weeks.

Skills Required for IT Tech Courier/Field Engineer:

Full UK driving license required – manual transmission vehicles only.

IT repair skills

Customer service skills

Administration skills

Role as IT Tech Courier/Field Engineer:

Working in education, commercial and residential properties

Equipment covers: TVs, large format displays, POS hardware, printers, PCs, laptops, projectors, ePOS, and Sky equipment.

Driving from job to job and surrounding counties, administration, customer service, and IT repair skills are required for this position.
