We have an excellent opportunity for you as an IT Support Technician in England to work for one of the UK’s largest suppliers of multi-brand diagnostic tools for trucks, buses, coaches, vans, HGVs, trailers, AGVs, OHW and light commercial vehicles. Team in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. About the Company Our client provides innovative diagnostic products and telephone technical support. Established in 2005, it is one of the largest suppliers of multi-brand diagnostic tools for Trucks, Trailers, Bus/Coach, Agri, OHW and Cars and is an EOT (Employee Owned Trust). After 12 months of continuous employment, each employee qualifies for an EOT bonus with no upper limit and tax-free benefits for the first £3600.
About the IT Support Technician in England role:
As an IT Support Technician in England, you will be part of a growing team that welcomes new ideas. A fresh perspective to help the business grow, and your responsibilities include Will include: Answering incoming telephone calls and online chats with software issues, Patiently diagnosing customer issues and remotely resolving customer issues confidently and professionally, Ensuring that all questions or issues are logged into the support ticketing system Resolve any ticket promptly.
Skills For IT Support Technician in England:
About You In the role of IT Support Technician, you must be strong. Have customer service skills and be an excellent communicator. You should have a Windows 10 operating system and current technical knowledge of IT equipment such as laptops, printers, phones, etc. Knowledge and basic understanding of networking within a business team. Focused ability to communicate at different levels Experience in a similar role (preferred) Remuneration For the role of IT Support Technician in England, your working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.
