Responsibilities-IT Support Team Lead
- As an IT Support Team Lead, you will provide direction and guidelines to the team in a changing environment.
- Give orders to your team through communication according to team goals.
- You will be responsible for the actions of your team.
- Provide opportunities for experiments and new suggestions within the team
- Capable of sorting out the issues and providing guidelines for effective problem resolution
- Must manage the backlog
- Identify and create the talent of team members.
- Share all your best practices with other Team Leads in Support.
- Must know the aftereffects of your actions on the business
- Check out the team members’ performance according to the company guidelines.
- You will behave as a role model for the team.
- Must provide reports and data to support your assessments

Requirements
- Must be confident enough to support desktop hardware and peripherals
- Excellent knowledge and working experience in configuration, support, and Apple operating systems
- Excellent understanding of a Windows domain, DNS, DHCP
- Superb working knowledge of Google Workspace, Chrome, and Gmail
- Expertise in using a ticketing system for logging and solving issues
- Expertise in troubleshooting and network printers
- Fantastic communication skills in English
- Always ready to learn quickly and easily absorb technical knowledge
- Good decisive nature
- Excellent time-management skills
- Multiple years of experience as a hands-on IT Support technician
- Capable of managing a team that is spread across various locations
