We seek an IT Support Team Lead to join a medical distribution company based in the Buckingham area. As the IT Support team lead, you will manage three IT support staff and provide onsite and remote IT support to business customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of IT Support Team Lead in Uk:
As an IT Support Team Lead in Uk, your duties will vary, but the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. You will be responsible for providing general first and second-line customer support, including remote and onsite support. 2. Your responsibilities will also include helping to maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including telecom and network.
3. As the IT Support Team Lead, you will also be responsible for the general line management of three IT Support staff; this will include performance management and reviews.4. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations and ensuring that improvements are made within the support team by reviewing technologies that can benefit the business.
