You will be the face of ITEMS for all our clients while administering them on their journey to integrate technology into what they do. As a technology professional, you will deliver excellence in service that meets and exceeds expectations, time period, and service levels.
About IT Support Officer
We would like to hear from motivational self-starters with exceptional shareholder and time management skills and with the desire to exceed client expectations.
Preferably you will have:
- Strong social and communication skills
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent proficiency in tier 1 & 2 technical support.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICT technologies (Windows and Mac), SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency in service desk environments and ticketing systems where monitoring and resolving problems in a timely manner is important.

Remuneration
Appointment to this job of IT Support Officer will be at Professional Level 5 and the base salary will be in the range of $70,648 to $81,617 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $82,658 to $95,491 per annum adding 17% superannuation.
