Recruitment for a fast-growing womenswear fashion brand based in North London!

Junior IT Support North London Responsibilities:
To provide first/second-line support to customers in the business via phone, email, and remote connection.
Monitoring and taking ownership of ticket queues:
Hardware, including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Desktop OS, SCCM, WMS, and EDI.
Administration and support of network devices
System builds/software installations and configurations.
IT Asset Management of all IT inventory.
Managing the day-to-day working relationship between the delivery partner, the company, the solution, and the client
Assisting other team members in resolving issues and training staff
Enter ad hoc projects as needed.
Ensure website quality and performance by creating a regular test plan.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and investigate all hardware and software-related issues raised and escalate calls to appropriate persons/companies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on systems and procedures for the benefit of the IT team.
Provide technical and operational support on applications, portals, and software and provide support for all products/tools implemented in the business.
Supported devices and users on a Windows network consisting of Windows PCs and laptops, Active Directory, and Exchange.
Deploy PCs and devices to customers and provide maintenance as needed to ensure daily business continuity.
Manage information security as defined in security protocols.
Help ensure company systems comply with industry-specific accreditations such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials certification, and other regulations such as GDPR.
Create and maintain documentation and diagrams of office infrastructure, core services, and systems.
Periodically evaluate the appropriateness of the technologies used, provide recommendations, and drive the implementation of improvements.
IT Support Skills:
Significant experience in a similar IT support role.
As an IT Support North London you have extensive IT experience,
Skilled in hardware performance monitoring, analysis, and capacity planning.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory topologies and Office 365 systems.
Will manage Microsoft/Mac environment including Windows 10, Mac OS, Apple devices, Server 2012 – 2019, MS365 and Azure, Hyper-V, HP servers, etc.
You should have a solid knowledge of networks, network security, and IT troubleshooting.
Well-versed in CRM and ERP.
Network and application security. Threat Management Gateway Email Scanning Technologies.
Experience implementing new processes and adhering to required disciplines
Excellent collaboration and communication/interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service ethic and sense of urgency
An immediate change in instructions or requests from senior management.
Ability to perform well in a team environment.
Ability to deliver and coordinate projects within tight deadlines. General understanding of project management methodology.
Excellent problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, explore new ideas and innovate.
Excellent attention to detail. A proactive, flexible, and adaptive approach.
