Responsibilities
- Resolve various IT support requests in a high-volume mixed Mac/PC environment.
- Manage requests to appropriate IT personnel and drive resolution to meet SLAs as necessary.
- Grow processes and documentation to ensure timely requests are resolved, and train employees on new procedures.
- Perform as a point of escalation for high-priority support requests.
- Create performance reports and SLA metrics for management review and utilize results to develop customer support.
- Administrate user approach, permissions, and licenses around multiple business applications (JIRA, NetSuite, JAMF, G Suite, Microsoft 365, Adobe CC, Zoom, etc.)
- On-site support of corporate headquarters, including conferencing and employee access systems.

Requirements of IT Support Manager
- Graduate’s Degree in computer science/information systems, business, or similar Proficiency.
- 1-2 years’ ability in an IT supports management role or 5-7 years’ command as a senior support technician.
- Expert at utilizing and developing support ticketing systems in a high-volume environment.
- Significant leadership and decision-making skills

Must have Proficiency in working with traders to buy and categorize new software and hardware solutions.
Project and program management proficiency deploying company-wide initiatives.
Familiarity with NIST 800-171 or ISO 27001 standards.
