What – IT Support Engineer (Contract Role)
Where – Based in London

Responsibilities as an IT Support Engineer will be:
Handle errors professionally over the telephone and email
Logging, categorizing, and prioritizing errors according to team procedures
Run full diagnostics to enable fixed resolutions for the first time.
Keeping customers informed throughout the fault lifecycle from initial customer engagement to resolution
Manage various scheduled tasks for customers to verify that customer systems are up and running.
Desired Skills for IT Support Engineer:
Familiarity with the following: Windows, Linux, and virtualization technologies
Defined interest in networking and WAN
Natural ability to troubleshoot and solve the problem
Able to use own initiative to complete a range of tasks
