As an Infrastructure IT Support Engineer in Uk, you will hold a dual position involving a mix of infrastructure support and infrastructure project tasks; this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to be involved in tech revolution projects to improve existing IT processes. Role of IT Support Engineer in Uk:
Working within an established IT team that supports users and infrastructure and is involved in project work to improve infrastructure.
Handling 2nd line end-user software or hardware questions via email, phone, or face-to-face.
As IT Support Engineer in Uk managed support and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure solutions.
Maintaining Windows Server 2008-2019 operating systems and Hybrid Active Directory, GPO Management, Hybrid Exchange, Internet Information Services, Hyper-V Management
Microsoft 365 suite and administration, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SharePoint
Involved in IT infrastructure modernization and automation projects to improve departmental efficiency and streamline operations.
Working with the IT Manager and wider support team to ensure any constant technical issues are resolved and any training or documentation needs are identified and implemented.
Support, manage and deliver IT solutions across the working group in accordance with ITIL standards.
Liaise closely with business and third-party solution providers.
Help implement, configure, and test workable solutions.

Skills Required for IT Support Engineer in Uk:
For IT Support Engineer in Uk must have IT infrastructure experience and be able to set up, migrate and configure Windows Server/Exchange Server, Hybrid/Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy setup.
Full driving license and own car.
You will need about 65 – 70% technical skills. The business is willing to train internally and externally to fill the technical knowledge gap by providing an individual attitude.
Hybrid Exchange, Internet Information Services, Hyper-V Management
Microsoft 365 suite and administration, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and SharePoint.
Understanding of Datto Technologies, Azure Cloud Technologies
ITIL V3/ITIL V4 framework, including change management and release management.
Also, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, etc.
