Requirements-IT Support Desk Specialist Job
- As an IT Support Desk Specialist, you have to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support to the senior executives of Citi.
- Must create and manage the relevant and requisite Executive Support processes and procedures
- You will be responsible for the support and functionality of all Executive Management technical requirements, including mobile devices, desktops, laptops, and tablets used in the office.
- Responsible for understanding executive needs
- You have to maintain executive technology to provide a suitable level of availability.
- Must research and support technology independently and in collaboration with Technology partners.
- You have to give a New Product Review and marketing.

Qualifications-IT Support Desk Specialist
- Must have 5 + years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process
- You must be capable of communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Must be capable of working with virtual and in-person teams
- Able to work under pressure or to a deadline
- Working experience in a Financial Services and global environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb diagnostic skills
- Completed Bachelor’s/University degree
- CompTIA A+/Net+, Microsoft, Cisco, and ITIL certifications are required.
