IT Support Analyst in Uk- Manchester

Role As IT Support Analyst in Uk:
We currently have an IT Support Analyst in Uk vacancy in our Manchester office. You will work with a support staff of IT Support Analysts based in Manchester while working closely with the IT Support team in Leeds. Our European offices may also occasionally require cover.
As an IT Support Analyst in Uk, You will be responsible for daily ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of all IT-related hardware and systems. This can range from setting up laptops and mobile phones to troubleshooting system or software issues. This role will facilitate involvement in several project rollouts, including our innovative workplace program to drive change across our business.
This includes implementing an office desktop and additional advanced technology to improve internal productivity, client working relationships, and professional engagement using market-leading digital tools and services.
We also have an IT service desk in the UK and Australia that provides 24/7 support, ensuring all IT issues are logged the first time. Calls will only be made to local teams that cannot be resolved over the telephone. A technical services team will assist with more complex issues or major incidents outside core hours.
The role is usually office-based; however, the team has worked flexibly from home and the office since the pandemic.
Skills and Experience for IT Support Analyst in Uk:
Ideally, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for people, IT, and problem-solving who is looking for their first position in a second-line role. In addition, you will have the following skills and abilities:
At least 5 GCSE grades or equivalent, including Maths and English Level 2 technology-based NVQ, HNC, or BTEC qualification. A person with a strong sense of what it takes to provide excellent customer service. Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and excited about a career in technology. Organized and methodical with the ability to work toward goals and objectives. Self-sufficient with the ability to use initiative and apply lateral thinking processes to problem-solving.
