IT Support Analyst in London

As an IT Support Analyst in London, you will primarily provide exceptional service through remote and desk-side support to a global customer base in a demanding, fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate outstanding technical skills and individual initiative while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Based in London, As IT Support Analyst in London, you will work in an environment that promotes a dynamic and competent culture,

IT Support Analyst in London

Role As IT Support Analyst in London:

Provide onsite/remote support to the London studio and remote support to other AKQA offices in the EMEA region.

Onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees, including customer account administration.

Imaging and deploying Mac and PC hardware, as well as tracking asset lifecycle management from onboarding to de-provisioning

Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues on Macs and PCs

Responding to IT calls and trouble tickets in a multi-office, multi-regional environment; Following internal procedures and escalation processes using our ticketing system

Developing clear and to-the-point documentation and procedures for departmental tasks

Providing weekly IT installations to new staff in our EMEA region

We maintain password protection, data integrity, and file system security for desktop environments.

Support and troubleshooting of printers and copiers

Maintain effective relationships with AKQA leadership and staff.

Proficiency in macOS and Windows is essential.

Skills And Experience as IT Support Analyst in London:

Experience with JAMF, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Experiment with Okta or other SSO providers.
