Skills for IT Specialist:
We are looking for a highly qualified IT Specialist in UK to provide technical support to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal utilization of our hardware and software technologies, maximizing system performance, and securing data. As an IT Specialist in UK, you will also need to advise and support enterprise IT teams in upgrading IT equipment.
To succeed as an IT support specialist, you must have extensive experience providing information technology support in a manufacturing environment. Advanced IT support specialists increase productivity by ensuring that a company’s IT systems run efficiently.
Role as IT Specialist in UK:
Consulting with IT leaders and other departments as needed, providing IT support to staff and customers, training end users on hardware functionality and software programs, resolving login errors promptly, hardware, Software, and system performance measurement, and updating computer software. Along with upgrading hardware and systems, maintain SERVICE NOW (CMDB) Ci data and ensure system security, document processes and perform diagnostic tests, monitor technological developments and trends in IT support, Providing remote support to other sites as needed by MS teams. / Out of Trust (Bomgar).
What will make you successful:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar, 4-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist, extraordinary ability to provide technical support and resolve queries, computer hardware, Software, and In-depth net knowledge of works, ability to determine IT requirements and train end users, expertise in IT help desk software, such as SERVICE-NOW, experience documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics, MS Office 365 Advanced knowledge of Symantec Endpoint Protection, MS Windows desktop operating systems, network TCP/IP protocols, cloud hosted systems, and system security Ability to keep up with technological innovations and trends in IT support Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
