Role of IT SOX Manager
We have multiple clients looking for IT SOX Managers interested in remote or travel chances around the United States. The IT SOX Manager will be answerable for organizing, and performing framework audits to determine if risk management and internal controls are functioning proactively and if IT risks are adequately controlled.

Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT SOX proficiency CISA candidate, other certifications preferred, CPA, CISSP, CIA, etc.
- IT SOX managers must have Significant success in a client service role, preferably with Big 4 or a national advisory firm.
- Must be familiar with various technologies, operating systems, databases, and information and data analytics instruments.
- Must have the potential to interact with external auditors and members of senior management to give expectations and scope and communicate and interpret key audit priorities and problems, including PCAOB and AICPA trends.
- Must have a Working understanding of basic financial accounting, auditing, and financial reporting ideas.
- Subject matter proficiency related to SSAE 18 / SOC 1 / SOC 2 Sarbanes-Oxley and PCAOB needs.
- IT risk assessment / functional IT audit, IT general controls framework PCI
- Information security / cyber frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST, AICPA, etc.)
