Duties
Work with AG stakeholders who need new application-based solutions to understand the opportunity or problem, and where possible, provide options on how best to meet them within relevant time, budget, and resource constraints. How can this be accomplished and develop innovative, high-quality IT-compliant software? Be aware of solutions, automation, and integration to meet these needs, proactively seek out, and be familiar with new candidate technologies.
As an IT software developer in England, you have Communicate solution options and designs to technical and non-technical audiences by creating prototypes and proofs of concept demonstrating their value, applicability, and limitations. Make regular changes through GIT source control and to branches according to branch policies. Contribute to code reviews through the Maintain Bridge. Reuse capture Design and develop appropriate APIs and libraries for development, estimate requirements, and manage their backlog deliverables. Proper shipping procedures–

Waterfall, Agile/Scrum or hybrid with appropriate toolset Provide appropriate technical documentation and follow IT department processes and procedures Ensure code is documented, peer-reviewed, and adheres to AG standards IT software Maintain regular and timely communication with the ware development team and IT development members. Managers and other members of IT improve or correct defects in legacy internally developed systems after implementing agreed-upon BAU, hotfix, and change management release processes as needed.
Skills and Experience Required For IT Software Developer in England:
As an IT Software Developer in England, you have strong knowledge of Full-stack software development Microsoft C# .NET (preferably .Net 6.0 knowledge) including MVC and Web API application development HTML / CSS and accessibility web standards JavaScript, JQuery and relevant client-side frameworks (e.g., VueJS/Angular/React) Understanding of TypeScript, npm, bundling, task runners JSON, XML Git source control including branching and pull requests including being able to implement problem-solving / software architecture approaches Building and using APIs (e.g., RESTful/SOAP), Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL programming and relational database design release and deployment of complex and heterogeneous applications/technologies, microservice design, and development
