RESPONSIBILITIES-IT SERVICE TEHNICIAN JOB IN GERMANY
- As a IT service technician in Germany, you will maximize work processes in different companies through the use of modern IT solutions
- Management of the previous IT solutions and work processes in our clients’ companies
- You have to develop technical concepts for client’s projects together with sales and must assist them in active sales
- Handle independently all the projects from A to Z through remote maintenance on site at the customer
- Maintain documentation of the projects in detail in our wiki system and explain to support colleagues and help them with customer service if required

REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed vocational training in IT and must have initial professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of common server and network technologies, and cloud environments (e.g. Microsoft servers, monitoring, patch management and Office 365
- Expertise in the management and support of IT projects, from inventory to planning and it’s execution to successful completion
- Strong communication skills
- Capable to identify the requirements of customers and can sort out the issues
