We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Service Desk Supervisor to join the LEG-TECH Service Desk team. We seek team members enthusiastic about working with on-premises and cloud applications.

Duties of IT Service Desk Supervisor
- IT Service desk supervisor monitors the IT service alert/notification procedure, drafts, schedules, and sends service alerts on behalf of LEG-TECH.
- Helps define asset-related standards and procedures; offers direct support for end-user tools purchasing, inventory, surplus, and processes (laptops, smartphones, etc.)
- Inspects call and ticket queues; analyzes data to recognize efficiency/development chances.
- Offers ad hoc assistance and practices to Customer Support staff as required
- Offers in-person and remote technical support to customers as required during busy periods
- Contributes to agency and operational-area IT projects (e.g., new software/hardware launches, process developments, maintenance projects, etc.
