Mascoma Bank is looking for a skilled professional to join our flourishing Information Security Team as the IT Risk Manager.

Role of IT Risk Manager

• IT Risk Manager’sManager’s role is to help communicate risks associated with technology solutions within Mascoma Bank.
•  They will administer the company’s IT control profiles, and analyze current and emerging threats, and significant remediation strategies.
•  The individual will monitor the development of risk metrics for Information Security and explore the creation and updates of IT policies and specifications.
•  The IT Risk Manager will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as conducting risk assessments and communicating the impact of risk to critical internal shareholders is an essential part of this role.

Skills of IT Risk Manager

• The ideal candidate is a good learner with practical project management skills and an aptitude to work efficiently in different conditions. 
• This individual will have a bachelor’s degree or similar with five or more years of proficiency in IT Risk, Information Security, or Internal Audit (IT Audit proficiency preferred). 
• This IT Risk Manager should be highly professional with enthusiasm for learning and have the potential to communicate effectively across all levels of the bank.
