Zeelo is growing and scaling fast. We’re seeking an IT Project Manager to support our growth.

Responsibilities of IT Manager:
Managing all aspects of corporate IT equipment, infrastructure, and SaaS systems used across the business, ensuring availability during all business hours (occasionally outside of working hours)
Work closely with suppliers to ensure any issues faced by our business units are resolved within a defined time frame.
Manage IT hardware procurement across the business as required by business stakeholders.
Ensuring the security of data, devices, network access, and backup systems
Developing and implementing IT best practice guides for the organization
Planned, organized, and controlled access to proprietary business data stored on internal and cloud storage systems.
Work according to user requirements and system functionality while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Identify and pursue opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
Overseeing the implementation of IT projects, including new systems, system updates, upgrades, migrations, and shutdowns
Working with our internal audit team to ensure IT compliance with our security policies
Providing IT-related guidance, training, and coaching to our customers
The business has achieved SOC 2 certification and is working towards ISO 27001.
What are we looking for, IT Project Manager :
Reporting to the CIO, the ideal candidate will:
Gain experience with G Suite, HubSpot, and other standard SaaS products.
Build strong working relationships across the business and be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders.
Have excellent communication and management skills.
Provide due diligence technical input to the client as requested.
This role will be responsible for day-to-day requirements and IT-related projects and will suit an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer.
We will support your professional development by providing the formal and informal training you need to improve your role.
Experience with ISO.
